don’t read those other punk reviews – this book is da jaaam dude, you should buy this book. if you just do the actual exercises in this book, you will not need a trainer. if you’re looking to rebuild your body from back pain or joint pain or whatever aches or weaknesses you have, this is THE book. it’s all you need, at least training wise.it has tons of exercises and variations. it shows the correct posture and common mistakes that cause injuries. it also has *gasp* a ton of insane stretches!!! and it tells you which body part it stretches.such a thoroughly well made book. i’ve been working with this book, along with regular chiro/massage/acupuncture, for about 3 years and i feel like i have a new body. i can do stuff now and not feel like i’m about to shatter my body. amazing. love love love!!

Buy it. This book has been hugely helpful for getting back into working out. I bought it thinking it would be a great guide for picking different exercises for each muscle group. I was pleasantly surprised to find it also has some very helpful workout plans included as well. I’m 4 weeks into one of the 12 week plans and really enjoying it. Highly recommended. Wish I had this sooner.
